Why Not Say The Truth?

So here it is.
Governed by crooks,
The world over
Makes us look
Like wilted clover.
Criminals, just getting
Their kicks and fix,
As morals,
And human dignity
Are stepped upon
By governing fools
Without honor
Respect,
Nor dignity!
The World Over!
Shame on us all
For letting the worst
In us 'flourish'
And take over,
Big and small.
