Why Did You Leave?

Why did you have to leave us?
You left without saying goodbye.
I miss your every smile
And the way you laughed.
I was young when you left.
And I never understood why
God had to take you
Like the way he did.
It seemed really painful,
The way you had to go.
The only thing I have wondered
Is why you had to go.
