Why Clean Ourselves? Poem by Eshan Gupta

I once thought:
Untidy body cause diseases,
By which our life ceases.
So why should cleanliness, I try
When one day all have to die?

I asked my grandpa the same
To know if there is some mistake.
He said: 'Oh my little poor lad
We are all borned here for some raesons.
And until we satisfy that
Its vain to born here on land.'

He added 'And always remember:
This poor body is a temple of living god.
Keeping the temples dirty, isn't offending lord? ? '
