Who Do You Know? Poem by Adele Bercich

Who Do You Know?

Rating: 5.0

I've heard it said that if you're trying to move up it's who you know not what you know. This is true not only in our careers, but in freedom too. To be free, it's Who you know, not what you know.

The more you know the Who,
The more bad habits change in you.

He loves you where you are no matter what,
He just loves you too much to leave you in that spot.

Don't try to get yourself sorted, you know you can't,
He wants to help you, He's holding out His hand.

All we have to do is take it, let His love come in,
Thanking Jesus for covering our sin.

Then respecting the magnitude of His sacrifice,
Let Him lead and forge the path for our life.
