Who’d Have Thought?

My soul was eager for living
Learning of Heaven’s Word
If truly, God is forgiving
As told, by those who’ve heard?

A bible I swift acquired
A church I soon sought out
The evidence I required
Took every trace, of doubt

Since audibly hearing God’s voice
Repenting all past sin
Jesus has been my lifelong choice
Eternal life to win

Since doubt has lowered death’s curtain
Since sound in Jesus’ hand
Salvation’s crown is certain
When in The Promised Land

Who would have thought or conceive?
Who in the world could see?
Who none but a child would believe
The impossible could be

My friend, this is God all-over
I’ve seen it all before
A barren land full with clove
Rising through Heaven’s door

In spirit in truth’s it’s clear
Through Jesus Christ on high
Neither death nor hell’s to fear
For you my friend or I

Pray riddance to all infernal
With purest robe of white
Come join me in the eternal
Within God’s glorious light…..
