Who Am I? Poem by KunJung Hsiao

Who Am I?

Yesterday is no longer what I am today,
my childhood is different from now
only the memory string together this continuation.

Where was I before I was born?
Who will be me after I die?
Who is looking at the world?
Who is enjoying the joys and sorrows?

Who like the loneliness in the crowd,
the silence in the bustle,
but it is inevitable to chase the benefits of the world?

Who walks around the world with time,
watching the thoughts up and down,
constructing old dreams and new dreams,
into a unique existence?

Life drives me forward,
taste the taste of the years.

Time is a wonderful catalyst,
season with contentment and gratitude
as the years go by,
brew a jar of life's wine of mine.

Learn from the past but don't regret,
Stop clinging to the future and don't worry about it.
Enjoy every moment truly, no matter good or bad,
with a tolerant heart.
Just listen to the call of life, writing the music of mine.
