Where You Be? Poem by Britt Veloso

Where You Be?

You still remind me of fear
I'll never forget your beard
You a man, I a chick
I though I was bad and you were sick
Were we always drunk?
Was there never truth?
When I call you don't answer
It's a bit uncouth
I twist my brain around what I did wrong
Was I too loopy or was it that pink thong?
Hate encroaches as you live your life
I wish we were together, but I want to fight
Do you miss me ever?
Are you with someone else?
Will I always be mad?
