Where Is Wisdom Born?

What if we had no 'records'
Invisible all,
nothing from the past
no old games
no old rules

Would we all be cavemen,
would we be gentlemen?

Would only the strong survive?
What of the weak
but in the head brilliantly alive?

Where do 'ethics' come from?
What makes a king
What makes a bum?

A golden ring or a little rum?
