When You'Re Close To Me
I love when you get so close to me,
With your lips pressed against my ear,
Then passion starts to speak for you,
Forbidden words I long to hear
I love when your kiss is so intense
That it leaves me gasping for air,
I love when your face rests on mine
And your fingers tangle my hair
I love to feel your hot breath on me,
Like a dragon, you breathe your fire,
The flames quickly spread over me,
Creating the smoke of desire
I love when you struggle to tell me
What's being revealed by your eyes,
Though you lay heaven at my feet
I know the devil's in disguise
I love when you wrap me in your arms
As you crush me against your heart,
Soon, you and I become as one,
Suddenly, it all falls apart....
I hear the doves as I awaken,
Through my window the daylight streams,
How I love when you're close to me.....
Even though it's just in my dreams
Sweet romantic dreaming fills the poet's soul with satisfaction.
