When you already know Poem by Màrius Sampere

When you already know

When you already know
every face is musical
marble, night
is not the fear of light, window's
open eyes look
nowhere and weight
is weightless,

what are you still doing then
at school
learning to write: rough, thick
coal marks
in blood on the walls?
