When We Love Poem by Moto Wamwanga

When We Love

When we love is as good
As we eat our favorite food.
We live back our childhood
And we usually are in the mood
Like wondrous birds in their wood.

When we talk to our lover
We get this universe forever,
Where marvels usually cover
Our woes then give them a flavor
More succulent than ever,

Where joy and tenderness,
I really kindly confess,
Are every day countless;
Yes my glorious Princess,
Where, u know, happiness
And smiles are even endless.

Love is a delicious apple
Sweeter than pineapple
Shared only by two people
Created by mutual emotion
And ignited by the flame of passion

That shines and torments
Our hearts every moment.
Dear, despite the difference
Of our countries or the distance
Between us, keep your patience.

Because yeah, even among
Millions of sane souls you belong
To me and my love is so strong
That I always sing, along
My days, glorious song

For you. When we love, we get mad
Then everything becomes good. Even bad
Words seduce, every action makes us feel glad,
It is the best and the worst thing we have had
Ever and we hope we will never be sad.

Finally this prodigious cake
That our mutual emotions make
And our cheerful hearts give
And that our enemies try to break
We deeply and hopefully believe
It will always remain
In us until our last breathe
And grievous souls, I mean,
Get taken off the Earth.
