birth war rules expansions
neglect change revolutions
kaleidoscopic civilizations
ethnic diversity interactions

walls sanctions
trade interactions
iron clad armies
exploitative polices

who rules centuries?
who time challenges?
exalted megalomaniacs?
play games of empires?

hear ticking clocks?
who measures empires?
who weighs their deeds?
who sentences fates?
