When Life Has Nothing To Offer
When you feel
Life has nothing to offer you,
Think
What you can offer Life,
What you can offer yourself.
Remember
All those moments of happiness
That Life has soothingly
Kept aside for you,
Only for you!
All those lessons you have learned
In the moments of sorrow
Despair and unhappiness
That enriched your life
All through.
And
All those people
Who stood by you
In such moments.
Now you understand
That you owe much to Life.
Stay on
And pay back.
A perceptive poem though a bit philosophical. Two pertinent questions are worthy of profound speculation....What you can offer Life? What you can offer yourself? ? Top score and to my favorite.
