She missed him
So she went knocking on his door
At first there was no reply
So she made another try

His voice she heard from the inside
Telling her to come back
He was busy so he could not see her
I am with a friend, baby, he heard him say

She said it's okay
I will come back later
When you are free to talk to me
With tears in her eyes, she went away

Why is he always doing this to her, she asked herself

Can't she ever understand?
