I have always said
a poems whats in your head.

It must be emotionally tied
to feelings deep inside.

So, I tell it like it is
you don't have to be a wiz.

When the words are from your heart
you now have your start.

Whether your feelings are good or bad,
whether they are happy or sad;

Its emotion that makes the poem,
just let your mind roam.

I trully love to write,
it helps me with the fight.

Now that all is said,
write down whats in your head....
