What Ifs Poem by christina clemente

What Ifs

I hate what ifs.
What if we stayed in contact?
What if we went out?
What if we were meant to be?
all of this makes me want to shout
I hate what ifs
they make you crazy
but keep you on your toes so that you're never lazy.
Oh, but what if?
What if that kiss was suppose to develop into an uncontrollable love?
What if? What if what if?
Oh, but I hate what ifs
They make me crazy.
I'm up all night think about my baby.
What if we're meant to be in the future?
Oh, I hope this will be.
What ifs are only things that keep you from moving on.
If you want to know if its true talk to the other person if they're not gone.
We can still hate what ifs until he's back in my arms again.
