what if things changed?
what if the things that haunted you could go away?
if you were to leave and never return would it be better, or would it take a nasty turn?
when people say you're out of the way
what if it was them who were really stray?
what if things stayed the same?
nothing new, and life would be tame.
so what if you could go far away?
if you left, what would the rest of us say?
