What I long for is a man I can call my very close friend, my brother, my
lover,
One that could only have been sent as a present from my heavenly father,

I long to have a close confidant that has the strength of Samson, and
flawed like King David; ..never acquiese to his imperfections but always
look to the forgiver to become a better man chiseling away at the core
of the flaws that make his value priceless...
For this is what I long for in a man,

Someone who has the grace with his speech and can conversate with my
inner thought without a word
He embraces my perfectly imperfect attributes understands and studies
my very DNA that makes me the woman that he would love so intensely,
For this is what I long for in a man,

I want a soldier that has prepared himself in the bootcamp of love and
marriage,
Once he identifies me as his partner, his team player, our bond would
be so strong that we fight the battle against the adversary himself thats
destroying the one union that God invested so much time in to making from
day one, and with the right materials companionship would be genuine...
For this is what I long for in a man,

See I long for a man that doesn't make excuses but accepts responsibility,
Embraces my intellect more than the curves on my body and calls me sexy,
He doesn't accept docileness as a progressive attribute of a woman of
strength, but a woman who will walk beside him carrying that burden and
yet never sees himself as weak,
See thats what I long for in a man

I long for deep conversation that will arouse my thinking ability
A magnetic attraction that goes beyond physical beauty but so deep that
whether I am in his presence or not I make him smile by the sheer thought
of me (lol)
That is what I long for in a man.
