What He Has Done (Clean) Poem by Broken Muse

What He Has Done (Clean)

I watch her eyes while she speaks
and i read between those lines
As she screams love is a myth
and rage is released from inside
I fear I let her down
and I know she won't forgive
A broken doll can be mended
but is never the same again
My world dissolves
as she walks away
She slowly looks back
and softly says
Damn my heart
what have I done
