What Feelings? Poem by Robbie Squires

What feelings?
I am a melted block of ice
Dripping down the road away from you
But this doesn’t bother me one bit
Has happened many a time
I have just gotten used to it
Wanting to come and talk to you
You denied me access to your heart
Turned the cold shoulder in my direction
How do you think that makes me feel?
It doesn’t make me feel
But nice try though
For I am the man with no feelings
And it is time for me to leave down this road
