What Do We Do Poem by kerry delgado

What Do We Do

What do we do with a love so profound, that you can hear the words it speaks that the insecurities that follow can't conquer the walls that have been built up around us, What do i say when the words I've thought so many times over has been robbed of me like a thief in the night that has no remorse for the things he does

Why do we deny that we are what we've always been, but the light hasn't shined upon us to reveal what lies beneath the glitters and glamours that perfectly covers up what we try to hide

Though we've been on this road many times we've yet to find the answers we've been dying to know, It's as if we're on the border of discovering whats only been an arms length away, but unable to grasp what it is infront of us
