A wave of memories
Came to see me
Late last night
Far away from my past
After decades of separation
Years must have gone by
We hugged each other
And we cried a lot
Tears of joy
Tears of pain
We finally decided
To take a flight together
Deep into my distant past
Moments long forgotten
Pages forever lost
From my childhood
So clearly marked
Oh, what a glorious start
