We Will Be Saved, This Poetry
Keeping record of behavior
I am appalled by humans
Their thoughts, their wishes
Their desires and fortune
But we humans are not alone
Scared, frightened or lost
We all belong to this chaos
Together we shatter and ache
I offer to you my broken words
Let me learn from your bruises
Appalling are our ways
But this is our life, our world
This is our story
We will be saved, this is poetry
