We’re All Evangelists

A few may come, a few may learn
Yet most just wonder why
The masses fail their filth to burn
And consequently die

To wash their feet we’re plainly told –Jn.13: 5-17
“Go set my people free” –Mt.28: 19-20
Bringing them in from out the cold
Not selfish serving “ME” –Ro.2: 8, Jam.5: 5

God’s child should work while yet there’s day –Jn.9: 4
The world must see our light –Mt.5: 14-16
The lost; we need to show The Way –Ro.10: 14
For soon will come the night

Not all are called on streets to cry
Not all can preach God’s word –Ro.10: 15
Yet all at least should testify! –2Ti.1: 8, Lk.9: 26
To those, who’ve yet not heard

We all can speak of Christ God’s Son –Jn.3: 11
How Jesus comes to reign –Rev.3: 20, Eph.2: 22
About the miracles He’s done –Rev.12: 11
When truly born again –Jn.3: 3,5

If not; its time to take account
Investigate and see
Have we the right on Zion mount? –Ps.24: 3-4
Has Jesus set us free?

We all should Christ evangelise
We all should serve The Bread –Jn.21: 15
We all should open blinded eyes –Mt.28: 20
And even raise the dead –Mt.10: 8+Ac,9: 40+Ac.20: 9-10

Through Christ, the truth we learn to see
What now we bind on earth –Mt.16: 19
In Heaven too, by Royal decree –Jn.14: 13
The Lord will bring to birth
