We Ask God To Help Poem by Marilyn Lott

We Ask God To Help

Rating: 5.0

It is a time of fear and frustration
So many are in tremendous despair
For all across the country
Natural disasters are so not fair.

We or our loved ones are in jeopardy
With fire and hurricanes in our world
Please God won't you help them
It's like from the devil anger's unfurled.

Please help to give those guidance
Who are away from their homes
Their loved ones, pets and livestock
Could be in water or fire as they roam.

We must try to help our neighbors too
For no one will be the same
Please God give strength to so many
We ask this in Jesus's name.

Amen

Definitely God shall come to their aid. Sometimes in life, lots of things happen which are difficult to explain and understand, in our moments of despair, we wonder if our God would allow such tragedies to happen to us, but am happy you have not given up on Him. Your poem will definitely fall in his ears, your faith shall yield fruit. I express my deepest sympathy to all those affected by the tragedy. God knows best, we hope to meet again someday. Thanks Marilyn for remembering them in your poetry. Keep it up!
