Pain is the worst enemy of free and happy self,
Extend a healing touch to yourself
As well as to others whenever and however you can.
Mysterious are workings of compassion
When used to help others
It helps to relieve your own pain more than anything else.
Evil are the ones who torture their own self
Blocking its ascend to universality.
