Waste It In There Poem by Anton Pushparaja

Waste It In There

The thought of the future
Waste it in there
In the present toil and nurture.

Stress and storm, strain and stretch
Waste it in there
With filled joy and bliss, blest and rest

The weight of custom and plight of system
Waste it in there
For practicing pure knowledge and thorough wisdom.

Weakness of the body and darkness of the mind
Waste it in there
To fashion meekness of body and soul in one bind.

Being ignorant and becoming malignant
Waste it in there
For the essence of Life in the soul implant.

Peril of fear and miserable tear
Waste it in there
To be transformed the beacon for someone near.

Fright of action and dismay of tension
Waste it in there
For the soul urging high with adulation.

Waste it in there
Anything that mars and spoils
Allow them not ruin soul's gift and gait.
Live the life
Lie not to the Life.
Say ‘Yes' and smile high and wide.
Pray hard and peaceful be
That is what, on the Earth, Heaven's key.
