i've always been told that i run from my problems
i never attempt or try to fix anything
i usually look for and find the nearest exit
wait to see what a new start to bring

but when it comes to our love, i've tried and i tried
what we have can no longer be fixed or resurrected
i told myself we would be together forever, but i lied

it's over, i'm leaving, i have two feet out the door
this time i'm not coming back, there is nothing you can say or do
you will say i'm running, but the truth is
i'm walking away from you.
