the tears in my eyes have long ago dried
the soul in my body have already died
all this time i have listened to you, but now i know its all a lie
the heart in me kept burning a huge fire
i tried so hard but finally i say goodbye
its getting late and the nights are sleepless
the hours seem longer
the lullabies i sang to you
it filled your room with the love in my voice
the way you touched my heart
how can i forget it
but i must say that i must do this
