Wake Me Tomorrow Poem by Carolyn Sears

Wake Me Tomorrow

Into this old world I do endure

From the painful prolonged
Memories..

You decided to leave me with

I tolerate each and every snare
That harmfully lured me into
This trap..

The plan to do me more harm
Than good

I pray for the healing of an evil
Heart

That truly live’s in the place was
Meant for your heart

While you pray a loud for my
Soul demise

I still pray on bending knee’s

I pray to the lord to make me
Strong,

To fight off the evil deeds you
Wish upon me

I would like to pray a prayer
For my oppressor

And with the ending I will bid
You a fare, oh farewell

And I will wake in the morning
At the crack of dawn..
