Waiting Poem by David Byer

Waiting

I will be ready
for You to come back
to the place where We spent
our days.
it has been quiet here
without Your voice
Your hands
Your feet
Your friends.
I know You have grown
in many ways since
You were here last
and I can't wait
to know You
again.
I am waiting for You
I will be ready
to start again
to start anew.
