Wailing In The Morning Sun Poem by Tony Adah

Wailing In The Morning Sun

Goldberg, guilder, hero
And star of which the sky is dark
but the ground is fizzy, foamy and full
of drinkers, noise makers and the clanging of
empty bottles, shuffling of feet, laughter
And wailing in the morning sun
When work is abandoned.
