The Truth Poem by Tony Adah

The Truth

Rating: 5.0

I have volunteered
To be a witness to the truth
And nothing but the truth
But the truth sours
In the mouth
And when the bitter truth
Begins to taste sweet
In the mouth of people
The world will shut down
Its own mouth.

A well articulated poem, beautifully penned with insight. Lovely. Thanks for sharing. Please have a look at my poem #409 MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
