’Tis time to control house-dust mites;
’Tis time to stay healthy.

’Tis time to reduce exhaust fumes;
’Tis time to keep off pollen;
’Tis time to breathe air, free off smoke;
’Tis time to stay healthy.

’Tis time to stop dyeing your hair;
’Tis time to remain natural;
’Tis time to not use food colors;
’Tis time to stay healthy.

’Tis time to control your wheezing;
’Tis time to dilate bronchi;
’Tis time to prolong your life-span:
Live life with quality.
