Vows For A Charm Poem by Adebiyi Adeniyi

Vows For A Charm

Vows For A Charm

A minstrel she made me
Not for pleasure of men BT love
My thoughts the ink driving my pen
Outflow of emotions I can't curtail

My emotional firewall she crushes
Leaving my brain centering on her thought
I was left to ponder
Y willing to throw all on her.

Aftermath the thought crystal clear it was
Why willing I was to go yonder
A better me she has made me
My real she brought out of shadows

A damsel she is
Extraordinary beauty; in and out
Her elegant smile; a charm I can't resist
Even in dark her face is all I see

The right choice I made I know
No other choice, in her, my stop
Looking forward to the moment
Conjugal vows I will make to her.
