Virtually Yours Poem by Shipra Agarwal

Virtually Yours

(From one facebook addict to another)

I don't remember your face that well
I may not recognize your voice but i can tell
that a broader smile marks my face at the sight
of your name, against this li'l ball of green light
than if i bump into you inadvertently.
Doesn't it prove quite conclusively
that however much we try to pretend,
we are all Pavlov's dog in the end? ! !
