Venom Poem by Casey Jarrell

Venom

I am a poisonous kiss that comes upon your awaiting lips.
I am the toxicity that kills from a single drip.
I am the temptation that draws you near my awaited breast.
You are infatuated with me and brought to my deep dark nest.
I slide upon your skin where your blood begins to seep.
You shall soon find yourself in an eternal sleep.
