Until We Kiss Poem by Keisha Swafford

Until We Kiss

I may like him,
And he may like me,
When I see him,
I may even have to,
Look away,
As I try to sneak,
A glance at him,
But until we kiss,
It's not complete yet.

Our love may be innocent,
Kind and sweet,
We may talk for hours,
But until we touch lips,
We're still friends,
Cause we haven't crossed the line,
Between lovers and friends,
Between love and hate,

We're in the beginning stages,
Still giggling when he makes me laugh,
Blushing when he looks at me too long,
I want to hold him,
Feel his touch,
Just be up close and personal,
To the boy I like and admire,
But until we kiss,
I will never know how his love feels.

Nicely set out and it paints the picture of innocent love and first beginnings.... well done
