Until we be friends, and the long night ends
Help me, while I come to You, through adolescence.
Till this separation lasts, and in it, my will frosts
Oh my Beloved! let me cross this pinnacle of fence.

Until my heart gets free, and to its cage, I find the key
Feed me through the bars; beyond my sight, let me see
Till I search for what I need, in the river full of greed
Bring me to the surface, before I dive in too deep
