Unmake Me, To Make Me Poem by Godfrey Machuka

Unmake Me, To Make Me

Ignore my bright smile
Inside is a hurt heart
Ignore the jolly doodles of my speech
Pain edges at the periphery

Overlook my swift darts
My bones' ache is a classified tale
Assume the serenity of my life
That conceals the bellows of reality

Offer me sentiments of hope
To unburden this wearied soul
Prescribe doses of tranquility
To calm the uneasiness of my struggles

Write on my wall pieces of inspiration
And cheer up this pseudo-contented me
Pour yourselves with urgent rescue
To ransom me from this subtle desparity

Unmake me, to make me.
