Unfinished November Waltz Poem by A Waltz For Zizi

Unfinished November Waltz

As from today,
You will be allowed to stray
On random lips.
Don't try to feel guilty, love.

I'll try not to care
As much as yesterday,
Where your kisses lay
When the shadows grasp the sky
And the blue becomes black.

Time ago,
I saw god, shaping you.
I saw the sky, lay his best stars, on your skin,
And men, having their way with you.
I saw your skin, nude, in my room,
And even made love to you.

But it did not matter much to you.
Every rock that I used,
To shape my tall castle around you,
In your absence, all became dust,
And I left that ruined place
To the ocean's painted waves.
...
Are you happy now
That you are free?
