Uncertainty And Fidelity Poem by Kevin John Racaza

Uncertainty And Fidelity

Trapped in great delusions,
Weird thoughts and illusions.
Vision covered with pain and sorrow.
Everything's pitch-black, there's no tomorrow.

Metal thorns strangled around me.
Escaping will never be.
As I look on the endless abyss,
A small patch of light, i noticed.

Peculiar to my own sight,
I'm uncertain if it is right.
To chase something I've never known.
I'm wounded by the blade-like lawn.

I've never experienced such curiosity.
Flowing is a stream of fidelity.
In the clear water, I'm drenched.
My oppressing fever has left.

I can almost grab the brilliance.
Now I know what it means.
He heard my grief and came to my rescue.
The astounding ray served as my clue.

Darkness dissipated and vanished.
Joy and happiness overwhelmed.
Above all the majestic
View and landscape that's scenic.

Doubt I will no more.
He knocked and I opened the door.
Embraced me like his own.
I know the reason why I was born.
