Two Extremes Poem by Alyssa Lippi

Two Extremes

Rating: 4.8

Her

Once:
seemingly perfect
shy
quiet
innocent
God fearing
obedient
straight A's
constant smile
in line

Now:
broken
outgoing
outspoken
rebellious
corrupted
daring actions
carelessness
masked fears
fate tempting
out of line

She's always been one of the two extremes

Now she wonders where the spinner will land.

Not to worry, It all hangs in the balance and the law of averages will even the fate out. Happens to many this way and your poem helps the rest who wonder.
