Twin Towers Poem by Dorsey Baker

Twin Towers

it was a
peaceful morning
until...
and at
that moment
time stood still
and waited
in silence
the rampage
of mental sickness
the rage of flames
the thickness
of the dark heavy smoke
clouds the sky
disgust
speaks with a growling voice
unable
to fight back!
they crumble
down into the dust!
