Twilight Poem by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINGH

Twilight

The soft glow of your eyes,
Even when they are closed,
Dreaming me in your sleep,
Wandering in the endless fields.
The radiance of your beauty,
Emanating from inside,
Illuminating this world,
I bow to your innocence.
The ruthless has gone down,
The brave has taken the winters,
The sea has reached the shores,
The leaves have been shed.
The endless wonder of time,
Giving new propositions with speed,
Movements and twilight,
Bewildering and incomprehensible.
Calmness has taken deep roots,
Life in the grip of deep slumbers,
Destruction on its peak,
Twilight to peace.
