Twilight Poem by Ryan Whitaker

Twilight

Rating: 3.0

Twilight days and starry nights
set the tone for the unknown.

The sun sets cyclically.
Night goes to sleep at dawn.

Day wakes with a blue hue.

The sun and moon have begun to shine in tune.
They share the day time sky; the moon sleeping nestled

Night-time. The sun sleeps. The moon keeps watch over
the stars as they breathe

Earth dances, day and night - between sun and moon; never missing a step and
never a step a moment too soon

The celestial collective dances
