My Grandfather told me long ago,
It takes a Summer and a Winter,
To know a person Well,
Who you may have thought was Paradise,
Was truly Devil's Hell!

Marry in haste, repent at leisure, they say, and 'all that glistens is not gold.' True, we learn of people's less attractive side as we come to know them.
