No words can express the longing I feel,
The feeling of emptiness that’s here in me still.
Where can I go? What should I do?
Why is it that, more than ever, my heart still wants you?

I know, I know, I need to let it go,
Need to go on with life like what they’ve told me so.
But what is life like when love’s taken away?
Is it worth all the pain you endure everyday?

You told me I’ll find someone better than you,
But we know full well that that isn’t true.
How will I find someone better among the rest?
When who I need is you, and you were already the best?

And so, I must go, we must part our ways,
This goodbye may be the hardest thing I’ll ever have to say..
I must leave, I must breathe, I must go my way,
Yet how will I start when all I want to do is stay?
