Truly Satisfied Poem by Jonny Brackney

Truly Satisfied

I lay in the salty
water.
smile softly.
laugh like a child.
warm liquid
carries me away
drowning all worries
and doubts.
as the sun begins to set,
father stands
on the shore nearby
building a castle of sand.
i love him.
i love everything.
kiss me, sun.
kiss me.

I like this very much.I think many of us have memories like this and this poem summarises them really well. It has a clear, almost 'oriental' (i.e. Zen) feel to it.
