My love,
Nothing lasts
The train of life runs fast
From cradle to the last breath
Yesterday born, laid on breast
Tomorrow borne, laid to rest
Yet love stands out
For souls can't live without
For souls dwell in the absolute
Where prevail calm and beatitude
We've known each other for so long
O my soulmate, my heart and soul to you belong
Before the lands and the seas
There was just you and me
Yet, time and space make no difference
Our love, as the soul, lives in permanence
While nothing lasts in this world
Souls carry true love to the afterworld
